"ロサンゼルス滞在で何回か利用しています。空港送迎シャトルサービスがあり、特に帰国便が午前中出発の時に便利です。客室は清掃が行き届いていて、スタッフもきびきびしています。プールとジャクジーも使いやすいです。Wi-Fiもよくつながり快適に過ごすことが出来ました。"

"I’m a returning guest, and the front desk and café staff were very kind and welcoming. However, there were a few issues with the room. Even when the sheets became dirty, they were not always changed during the daily cleaning. There were also several occasions where items like glasses and bath mats were not replenished. As I was staying for an extended period, I would have appreciated having the room vacuumed more regularly. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak and the water temperature was not very hot, which made using the shower inconvenient. That said, the location is very convenient."

"ロケーションは便利なところでした。ただ、クイーンサイズ✖️2の1部屋を予約していたのですが、当日用意できないと言われ、キング✖️1とエキストラベットになってしまったのが残念でした。 私達は車での移動だったのでフリーの駐車場があり助かりました。宿泊者と一般利用のパーキングエリアが一緒だったため、常に混み合っていて空きを探すのに少し苦労しました。"

"最初にチェックインした部屋は充分な広さと冷蔵庫も付いていたが予約したプールビューの部屋で無かったので変更してもらったら部屋は若干狭く冷蔵庫も無かった"
