Clean and quiet, with friendly and helpful staff. Located near plenty of transit options and having a safe garage was most convenient. Our trip was improved greatly by staying here.

I liked the view from my room, it’s just gets too hot in the morning because of the sun,l hitting the window, then coming out of the room or hotel it gets really cold and windy. Feels like winter there all the time. So bring a thick jacket or puffer would be more comfortable so you can walk around. I am not too happy to stay in that location if you are commuting by Uber. It gets really expensive to commute if you’re going to eat and walk around. May as well stay at the other Holiday Inn location by the Fisherman’s Wharf. At least that one is walking distance to all restaurants, shopping and walking around by the water. I wouldn’t stay at this location again if I’d come back.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed so far. The staff was amazing!!! Their amenities were great, clean microwaves were available. They also had a laundry room that was awesome. I enjoyed my stay in San Fran and this hotel, I will for sure choose this place all over again.
