The room was clean and the hotel is in a convenient location. front desk are friendly and helpful. My only complaints are:
1) the hotel has a cloying and nauseating scent that is pumped into the foyer.
2) we had vip benefits and a supposed upgrade but the room was basic and they placed us in a first floor room. We mentioned we were nervous about noise which they told us should be no problem. However, the hallways were noisy and of course most days had a garbage truck at 6-7am.
Lastly, their food to go area indicates regulate drip coffee and tea as complimentary and I had a tea, no problem the first night. The next night, different bartender /clerk who was not too friendly to begin with then tried to charge me $2 for a 3/4 cup of hot water and tea bag. She said the complimentary tea was only in the morning despite this not being indicated anywhere and despite my tea being complimentary the previous night. Definitely left me with a less than positive impression on the hotel.
