The hotel itself is nice. The staff were very nice. But the rooms are very very small. The bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom across from the beds.

The room was very nice and clean. It was on the 6th floor of an older building and had a retro feel with high ceilings, subway tiles, etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful and quick meeting request. Definitely will stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Staff is resourceful and overall I had all I needed for my stay. My room didn’t have any closet or drawers which was very unique BUT it happens I was travelling with a hanger. Location is in the borderline, make sure you pick the right side to explore and you will find all. Thank you

Staff was excellent - especially Patty at reception who was so sweet and helpful! I booked a standard queen room which is a bit small. Coffee was the best coffee I’d had on my entire trip so that’s saying something!! Laundry amenities were easy to use and shared spaces were cute. Cleanliness could’ve been a bit better as there was dust on the lamps inside the room and I found old hair on shower walls. All in all a good stay though and special shoutout to Patty again!

Great place, for natives you know the location is at the cusp of the tenderloin so it’s a little jank. The room did have a weird smell the entire stay that would not go away.

Room was clean! It was clearly an old building but it still seemed maintained well. The staff were super nice and the rooms were cleaned every other day. Had a good selection of amenities, one thing to be aware of is that there aren’t mini fridges in each room, instead there was one shared fridge for all guests and it was always completely full which made leftovers we brought back a little impossible. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
