"A wonderful stay, with excellent breakfasts and dinners. Everything far exceeded expectations; I truly look forward to returning the Lake View Toya Nonokaze Resort soon."

"All good, but onsen could do with a clean/update"

"Great place stay. Loved the tatami room with a really nice view to the lake. The Onsen was great too, pity it was closed for maintenence in the morning when I wanted to check out."

"Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"Wonderful views of Lake and evening fireworks. Close to lakeside walkways. Property a tiny but worndown"

"Nice and inexpensive hotel at a great location. I could see the fireworks from my room. They had welcome services where free drinks and tsunami foods are served until 9pm. Onsen facility was very nice. Strongly recommended."

"Breakfast and dinner buffet had a lot of options, but honestly everything was a little off to me. The grilled meat was good. But even the ramen and curry which I enjoyed in Sapporo, didn’t taste that great."

"Great location and staff were courteous."

"Good Service and English is good from the customer service. "

"The food was exceptional and the view from the room as well!"

"Incredible views!! Amazing architecture! You can’t get a coffee anywhere on the property before 10 am unless you pay for the whole breakfast!!"

"The reception staff can't speak English but made the best effort to help us understand during check-in. We were lucky to have a Chinese speaking service staff during dinner. "

"Incredibly beautiful resort. Amazing grounds, delicious food, kind and attentive staff. Truly a special place."

"The location of the hotel on a bluff above Lake Toya gives guest an incredible view of the lake and adds to a feeling of quiet and luxury. Excellent service, along with beautiful rooms and dining (breakfast included with the dinner an option) are further enhanced by an open bar lounge and free shuttle to the lake shore for fire works. Excellent place to stay!"

"Great location a little bit outside of Lake Toya, the property is beautiful and well kept and a short walk from the lake. The highlight was the onsen which was super relaxing and the other amenities such as projector , coffee , tatami rooms are just a cherry on top , highly recommended!"

"The facility is very old. Especially the bathroom at the own room is not clean and comfortable at all. If the hotel wants to continue the business, it is high time to renew the facility. The buffet style dinner was so so. "

"Friendly staff, clean room, on site parking"

"Great stay"

"This property is extremely well managed. The hotel itself is rather dated and during our stay the outdoor onsen was not accessible. However, the staff (from management to server) do their utmost to accomodate their guests. We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the service to the fullest."
