Parking was easy for this place. It was located in a very strategic location in lake Toya. The room was superb with a private onsen that overlooks the lake. Food was also great with a wide selection of cuisine. Highly recommend this place!

view and villa was spectacular, but their service waqs poor, lack of staff and inflexibility. the rooms also have sink bugs (we killed 3) around so pest control is needed. the villa was luxurious but the villa is away from the main building so villa guest are on their own pretty much with zero support. ...

Great breakfast options. Japanese, western or buffet. I chose western. Premium fresh fruits, pastries, famous Hokkaido milk, different juices and many more. The outdoor onsen is beautiful. The weather was bad but still beautiful. There are many places to walk around and see. During summer months, they have fireworks every night, rain or shine. They shoot out from the ships, which will move as they shoot fire works.
