The location of the hotel on a bluff above Lake Toya gives guest an incredible view of the lake and adds to a feeling of quiet and luxury. Excellent service, along with beautiful rooms and dining (breakfast included with the dinner an option) are further enhanced by an open bar lounge and free shuttle to the lake shore for fire works. Excellent place to stay!

The best hot spring ever

Beautiful property, food was delicious, but need to understand preferences of foreign travelers better. Check-in was quite slow and Onsen should be open longer hours.

The Japanese style rooms are such a fun experience and the buffet breakfast AND dinner are amazing. The Onsen is beautiful

* Vale is very clean and nice property. Expensive but it is worth it. * There is a good 7-8 min walk to the main convention center. * The onchen is located near Vale so that is nice (and free). * There is a pool in the convention center but if you are visiting Rusutsu for the pool, I would suggest you go elsewhere. * Breakfast was included (at the convention center). We were a bit concerned about the location, as we had no car, but the owners were kind enough to pick us up and return is to Toya train station. And we were glad we decided to stay at the hotel. Room was spacious, overlooking the lake (though fireworks are remote) and with a good bed. Breakfast was nice, though western style. We also ordered some things for dinner. Reasonable pricing and tasty. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Wonderful stay in the penthouse unit! Spectacular views of Mt Yotei and the surrounding area! Clear communication from the staff and painless check-in/check-out process. Highly recommend MUSE Niseko!

One of the best ski hotels at which I have stayed. Ski valet is awesome. Beds were great. Showers were great. Kitchen was well stocked. Location is perfect.

We got the premium room with the the private onsen, the check in process was very nice, they sat us down, provided us with drinks and had us fill out forms in the lobby. The whole process was very relaxed. We then were walked over to our room, they offered to carry our things and than showed us everything in the room. Amazing ryokan style hotel, highly recommended. The omakase dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Surpassed our expectations with the hotel and the surrounding area. Beautiful place with lots of outdoor activities depending on the season. We visited during November and it was the most beautiful place we seen in Hokkaido, including the drive into and out of it. This place would be our top priority when we visit Hokkaido again.

Westin Rusutsu was amazing. Hotel staff were excellent.

The baths (onsen) at this hotel were outstanding. There was a huge variety, including waterslides. Breakfast was good, as well. We were able to park our car here and then walk over to the "hells" (jigoku). We would gladly stay here again.
