「Had a great night with the wife. Very easy commute into the port authority and a short subway ride which leave you right at the entrance to the Roxy. Plenty to do around here and great events at night in the lobby which carry’s into D’Jangos after downstairs.

"During my stay, the window lock was broken, and in the middle of the night a strong gust of wind blew the window open. It was extremely cold, and the next day I developed a high fever. Falling ill completely ruined my stay. I request that you carry out thorough safety checks and equipment inspections. In hindsight, it was a mistake not to complain to the staff in person at check-out—I only left a written note.
宿泊中に窓の鍵が壊れており、夜中に強風で窓が開いてしまいました。
非常に寒く、翌日には高熱が出てしまいました。
体調を崩してしまったことで滞在が台無しになりました。
安全面と設備の点検を徹底してほしいです。
なお、チェックアウトの時点では熱が出ていなかったため、その場でスタッフに苦情を伝えることはせずにメモ書きだけ残しておいたのは失敗でした。"
