The hotel was absolutely spotless, staff so friendly and helpful, ideally located for all attractions and right near Time Square, we stayed for a week and would definetly recommend The Hard Rock Hotel.

I had a fantastic stay. The hotel is clean and the staff were really pleasant. Although the NYC is hectic and sometimes unpleasant, the hotel security was top notch. If you visit, check out the roof top bar. It has amazing food, drinks, and music. A great vibe!

I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for my dad's 50th birthday, and I must say, I expected more for the price we paid for just one night. Despite emailing ahead about the occasion, there was zero acknowledgment from the staff. Not even a simple birthday wish for my dad. In a luxury hotel, I believe making guests feel special should be the bare minimum, especially for such milestone celebrations. It was disappointing to see that basic courtesy was lacking. In contrast, even normal hotels and restaurants often go the extra mile to acknowledge special occasions. I specifically informed and requested assistance in making my dad's birthday memorable, but it seemed to have fallen on deaf ears. Moreover, the staff's attitude was far from friendly. Many didn't bother to greet us, and some even displayed clear signs of racism, treating my family differently. This is unacceptable behavior, especially in a hospitality setting where all guests should be treated with equal respect and warmth. Overall, while the Hard Rock Hotel boasts luxury, the lack of effort to make guests feel special and the unfriendly demeanor of the staff left much to be desired. I hope they take these issues seriously and strive for improvement in the future.
