"The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff forgot to replace our soap in the shower one day, and when I told them they immediately brought us new soap. They also apologised to us for the next two days even though it’s no big deal!

"The hotel was amazing. Check in was very smooth and the breakfast was great. They even helped me book a taxi back to the airport. Hotel receptionist Giang was very helpful. "

I visited to celebrate a birthday, but the day came and went without any special acknowledgment from the hotel—no small gesture like a slice of cake or a card, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall experience was still worthy of four stars. A special mention to Trang in the F&B department, who was outstanding and made a real difference to my stay."
