"They really looked after us. All the staff put in a huge effort to welcome you and look after every detail. Everyone at the deal speaks great English an nothingis too much trouble. We chat easily about Vietnamese life, family differences to Australian culture, elocution lessons for speaking the lingo, we find out the word for joke, as there is so much laughter abounding in the contagious hospitality we have experienced over our 3 day stay here, how can we not return next year, we ask ourselves.?"

"Decent hotel. Only thing is, a big topic for me, there isn't anything going on around the hotel. No bars, no restaurants options, etc. It's an oxymoron situation. The hotel has a casino, a night club, 25m swimming pool, nice health club and a full service spa and massage salon. But you wont want to stay at the hotel, because there is no action of sorts on and around the location..."

"We arrived in the area of the property but through no fault of the owner we didn’t follow check in instructions correctly so we weren’t able to pin-point exactly where we were heading - definitely make sure you read the check in instructions so you aren’t walking around in Hanoi heat and humidity. Once we checked in we found a very well maintained property with everything required to enjoy our stay. The property itself was well maintained and in a building that was located in a very convenient area. It was good to be so close to a local shopping centre with a supermarket and other food places. "

"Attending a conference, I somehow ended up with a double booking for my 3-night stay. Hotel recognized that at check-in and I was told they would inquire on what happened and what could be done. Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges. Whether this is property owner greed or poor management, this reflects very poorly on InterContinental. I intend to continue fighting the charges and I am outraged by the way I have been treated. "
