"Very traditional ryokan, excellent kaiseki dining and a lovely onsen including 4 private onsen options. Property is a little run down and I’m pretty sure that I could smell a stale cigarette smoke in the hallway and the bathroom of our room🤔,but overall a very pleasant stay! Thank you! "

"Gorgeous! So serene and feels rural even though its steps from the cable car stop. The room was really large, and of course the main attraction is the private on-porch onsen. I made the most of the hot spring, and I couldn’t get over the view from the dining room!
