"Very nice hotel and onsen"

"The hotel is fine but the air conditioning at public area absolutely poor, when we went out from the room, we just like go outside the hotel, you can feel it hot like sunshine. The hotel should upgrade the system. "

"Great place! Very authentic but clean and beautiful. Staff were great. Food was delicious! Perfect location and nice grounds. Would recommend"

"This was the perfect break between Tokyo and Kyoto for our honeymoon. We didn’t realize how much we needed a beautiful, relaxing Japanese stay until we stayed here. The private onsen, the traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast (you can choose a western style if you wish), and the service provided by the property was excellent. I will prioritize staying here more and relaxing on my next trip to Japan rather than stay in the big city!"

"The staff here were so friendly and helpful. They really made you feel welcomed and helped you settle in. Even given the 15-20minute walk from the train station, you’re surrounded by beautiful nature and architecture, so it doesn’t feel very far at all. Our room had a private onsen which was fantastic, definitely a highlight! We recommend...
