The owners were wonderful despite our very limited Japanese and even gifted us some postcards on departure! We were able to leave our bags on the day of checkout and explore the area before heading onto our next destination."

"This ryokan was unbelievable! From the food to the staff, I truly was beyond impressed. Highly recommend staying here!!"

"The staff was super friendly and the vibe was very personal perfect location next to beach"

On the other hand for customers with a certain age you may need to be prepared for slope climbing. For westerners who are used to having showers in the unit you might be challenged to use “public bathrooms”. Lastly it won’t hurt if you...

"Loved our stay, very clean and comfortable!"

"施設は古いので部屋は寒かったです。でも、お風呂は温泉で時間で貸切りにして頂けて小さい子供がいる私たちにはかなり助かりました。"

"Cute tiny room, staff extremely friendly & helpful, so convenient to see the Budha and coastline, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Would stay again."
