The breakfasts were phenomenal- they worked with my fish allergy and presented a delightful montage of local foods. When I left my hoodie there on check out, they folded it nicely and quickly forwarded it to my next location."

"Visited with my family recently. It’s a family owned property, excellent service and very friendly staff. Owners went above and beyond at every opportunity, including dropping 7 of us with luggage at nearby bus stop. Breakfast was yummy and thank you for accommodating our vegetarian request!! Enjoyed Ryokan with traditional night wear too ! We would highly recommend this wonderful place at foothills in Mt. Fuji with Lake Yamanakako lake in walkable distance."
