"The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

"There is no chance all the 5 star reviews are legit. This place is gross. In addition to mystery stains on the furniture, they rooms they sell as non-smoking have a smoking patio 10m from the bed."

"Very clean and convenient! Lots of space and laundry machine was super useful since we were climbing Fuji on this trip. AC works well, which was great since we came during August! Only a short stay but we enjoyed it here a lot."
