"We stayed her again to end our trip, but this time we had a different room (2nd floor). Room: layout was different so it felt a bit smaller than the 3rd floor room but still good Shower: still have the high tub + complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash AC: amazingly strong Laundry: this time it was as good, we had to do a double dry versus 3rd floor room, it was one and done Room robes weren't in, had to request by phone (3rd floor room had everything prepared and ready). Overall: our 3rd floor room was a better experience but hotel is still great"

The hotel doesn’t have daily housekeeping services but can replace towels and amenities upon request. There is laundry detergent and a machine in the room and it’s extremely helpful to clean all the dirty clothing before heading out. I will recommend and stay at Tokyu Stay again. Thank you!"

"Expensive but worth the peace of mind as it’s a stop on the Airport Limousine Bus. Staff is helpful and made luggage forwarding easy. Breakfast lounge on one of the top floors was included in our stay and that was delicious. We also enjoyed the floor with panoramic views. It’s not in a particularly busy part of the city so it took about 10 min to walk to Shinjuku station every time but it was not a deal breaker for us as we are used to traveling by foot to the transit when we visit Japan."
