"When we checked in, the staff were very friendly and took really good care of us. They were even making our stay very smooth. All their staffs are very friendly and when my wife got sick during our stay, they even let us borrow the ice pillows!! It was absolutely unexpected offer and hospitality from the hotel. The location is fantastic and very easy access to the station or anywhere in the area! I strongly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel to explore your stay in Tokyo!"
