"The room is really clean and equipped with microware, washer and dryer and stove. It is like living at home. The location is very convenient between 2 metro stations and food and shops are with 3 mins walk. Staff is very well communicated. The one bedroom design is great for family staying. "Room was small but it’s okay for us because we have little kids. For big families it is not recommended. It’s a bit cramp but they’re clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic! It’s so close to everything. Train station was just 5 minutes walk. Lawson, Don Quijote and 7/11 were literally in front of the hotel. Staff was helpful and I loved the concierge he was so lovely! He always greeted us and always smiles at us. I wish we had something from our home country to gift to him. I didn’t get his name but he was very friendly especially with my kids! He’s the older one. He’s our favourite! He knows how to communicate well in english and would really make you feel welcomed! The other concierge was great too! They’re both great it was just the other one was our favourite! Hehe It’s very close to Solamachi it was our favourite place to go to. Only 20 mns walk! Lovely stay very happy with our experience! ❤️"
