Room was very spacious. Washer and Dryer was very convenient along with refrigerator, microwave, stove and cooking utensils. Quiet neighborhood. Very good if you plan to stay in Akihabara for a couple of days.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property packs a punch for a family - cooking facilities, fridge-freezer, washing machine…perfect for a family staying for a week. We also enjoyed walking to and from Akihabara station and eating locally. Very happy to recommend this property.

Very nice little hotel, not to far from all the shopping centers that I cared to visit, and not to far from nearby eateries. Would recommend for anyone on a budget that also wanted someplace spacious and clean.

I loved staying here at Minn Akihabara, my first trip to Japan, and staying here made my trip all the better. Had all necessity available, with refrigerator, washer & dryer, microwave, a nice size table for 4 to eat, put your laptop, loved the shower water pressure, the qualiity of this place was excellent. I recommend for others to stay and would love to stay here again!

Loved the very spacious rooms and washing machine kitchenette. The room was well lit up with a good view and walkable to Akihabara station. All the amenities as mentioned on the website matches and we have extremely comfortable stay. My daughter especially loved the bunk bed.

4 of us stayed here for 5 nights. The place was clean spacious, and had everything we needed. The bathroom/shower layout was very good for a group of 4, one could shower while another could use the toilette. It was comfortable sleeping on the beds and the AC worked well. The location is a 15 minute walk from 4 train lines which was useful but also you had to walk 15 minutes to the nearest one.

A great stay within walking distance from the main attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in Akihabara. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and having a kitchen and decent sized fridge were great amenities to have access to. The stay was generally excellent, however there were some fairly minor issues, such as inconsistencies between room amenities (one of the two rooms had soap in the bathroom while the other didn't, while one room had dish soap but the other didn't), and some property wear-and-tear (mould smell in the shower room that was present when water was not running). There was also a minor issue where I had booked 2 rooms through Expedia, but when checking in, the hotel's booking platform only saw 1 of the rooms. The issue was resolved quickly, but I'm very glad there was a helpful employee present at the front desk to resolve the problem for us while we were checking in.

This is a great mini apartment near Akihabara. The kitchen is well-stocked and the room is spacious. The front desk is not manned, but you can usually find someone to help with questions and requests. We had a great time until the last day of a 13 night stay. We had a ton of luggage and asked a staff member to call a taxi for us, a very basic request at an international hotel. They declined and had us download an app, make an account, add payment options, and call our own taxi. We were getting ready to catch a plane, these were not extra steps we needed. I felt like since we were checking out they couldn't be bothered to help us. It definitely left a negative impression for me.

Very nice apartment. Well equipped with everything needed including cooking items. Only 5 mins from multiple convenience stores. We had two rooms booked and had an issue at check-in getting access to both rooms, however I used the call function from the front desk and the staff member that assisted was very friendly and quickly sorted the issue. The apartment is located in a quiet area which is a nice break from the busy areas of the city, however the downside is it is a bit of a walk to a subway station (10-15 mins depending which one you need to get to). Overall would recommend this place.

Great space for 4 nights in Tokyo. While it is not directly near a train station and therefore requires a bit more walking, we are a young active family and it was not an issue. Perhaps for others needing to be closer to transportation, it might be. The up side was a lovely, quiet and very clean neighbourhood and less touristy. Have booked the same company in Kyoto. Again, slightly off the beeten track from the downtown hub but great room. New, clean and spacious for a family of 5 (3 adult kids)

The apartment was spacious (for Tokyo) and had most things we needed for our trip. The neighbourhood was close enough to many train stations but far enough from Akihabara to be blissfully quiet at night. The kitchen had cooking tools but no cooking oil, tea, coffee, etc that you often find in hotels with kitchens. We managed and the nearby grocery store became our favourite local grocery store. Great food and affordable meal options that were also delicious. The local area also had some unique little shops where we found souvenirs and were able to support a small business, rather than monster chain. We would absolutely stay again.

Modern studio apartment for 4, with 2 twin beds and fold-down bunk bed sofa bed. There was a kitchenette with fridge and basic cooking and eating utensils to whip up breakfast and simple meals (no cooking condiments provided). Washing machine was great for laundry. Self-check-in process was smooth. Self-storage of luggage available pre-checkin and post- checkout.14 mins walking to JR Akihabara station. Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. Downside was no room cleaning and bed making service as our stay was less than 7 days, and garbage collection process was not clear (we had to clarify with service desk remotely). All in all we were satisfied with 5 night stay, it met our needs for family stay with a reasonable room rate.
