What I didn't like was that the pool was closed—they claimed it wasn't the season—yet they didn't specify this in the reservation details. So, that really annoyed me."

"The rooms were small but expected that in japan, but still really comfortable. Me and my S/O fit perfectly in a 1 queen bed room. Bathroom was nice and loved the bathtub! Nice shower and bath supples. You can log in to your own netflix to your tv which was nice. The breakfast was amazing! Loved the fried eggs and omlettes. Lots of options for food. And the juice is AMAZING! "
