The staff was very friendly and great. Check in and check out was fast. We were happy with the proximity to the train station we had no problem walking with our suitcases. I would stay there again if we ever comeback to Hakone. "

"Stayed for one night to rest before leaving Tokyo on a long haul flight home. The warehouse aesthetic and fancy foyer were amazing. Ate at the bar and grill, the food was also delicious. Rooms are clean and spacious. Wish I got to stay longer!"
