We had an amazing time at Yum Balam. Excellent communication with the host and our concierge, Karina was so responsive and helpful. She helped us arrange an easy transportation from Cancun airport to apartment and any tour we wanted to go on: 3 Islands Tour, Whale Shark Tour and Bioluminescent Tour. As well as giving us a list of activities and restaurants. So easy to get a taxi to the center of town and back. Can’t wait for next time!
