We spent one night here after a football game before flying home to the States. It was a perfect location to Vincente Calderon stadium, walking distance, very easy. The room was a good size, with very comfortable beds and a nice sized bathroom. We ate at the restaurant downstairs after the game. It was busy, but the staff was very gracious while we waited offering a drink at the bar and light snacks, as well as a complimentary appetizer once we were seated to make up for the wait. Lovely...

As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. Hotel is amazing! Location, all renewed (hotel and room), spacious room, parking lot on-site($21), nice reception service, open 24h!!! Plus: great social area for coffee and work over the reception. Two negative points: # I tried to manage the room temperature from the room and it did not work. It is December so it is not a problem but maybe it would be an issue if it was summer. # there was some hair on the floor and in the bathroom sink, shower.. I believe cleaning could be improved.

However it was a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station and then a 30 min metro ride to the center of Madrid which goes by a lot faster than you think.
