Hotel is in a wonderful area very close to a subway station and in a quiet safe feeling area. The staff were lovely and accommodating and there were great restaurants nearby within walking distance. Staff was able to keep our luggage as we arrived by train earlier than check in. The room was spacious for the 3 of us and very comfortable.

Staff, especially Belen at reception, were very kind and accommodating. Hotel rather nice overall. My particular room had several bath fixtures that were loose and in need of repair. Shower head would not remain in fixed position. Sink drained slowly. With some attention to this, stay would have been very nice.

Good hotel for the price but would have loved blackout curtains and an earlier breakfast offered on weekends. Comfortable, walkable and nice though, and convenient to & from the airport and Chamartin train station which was great.

We arrived early and they were completely accomodating. We got an upgrade and the room was beautiful. Sparce but beautiful. Everything was nice and comfortable. We also needed the hotel doctor. She was awesome. Breakfast too was wonderful with so many choices. Well worth the €15.

What I like about the property was its closeness to the center of Madrid. We had full access to all the attractions and important places in Madrid. The availability of many businesses in the hotel's area. The overall cleanliness of the facility was excellent.
