「We absolutely loved this property! Frank , our host was VERY attentive to any requests and was super accomodating. The property had all of needs covered...and was super clean and comfortable. It was easy to catch a cab/bus in front of the property and a quick walk to to the grocery store. We would def stay again!」

「We had a great time staying at this property. The few issues I would like to note is that the property has ants that will invade anything left on the counter. It is also an older properly and you may encounter issues with power when using multiple appliances. The user did noted that the TV do not work in the guest bed room. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay at this location.」

「The apartment was clean but in one of the rooms the air condition was broke the property management wasn’t very helpful at first we have book a 3 bedroom and they wanted to give us a 2 bedroom and finally they give us the 3 bedroom in the 6th floor and the elevador was broke I have knee problem so I have to think about to go out it wasn’t the vacation I was expected with the stair」

「We have stayed in this unit at Casita Blanca twice now, and will no doubt do it again. The unit is spacious and perfect for family hangouts. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of space for everyone. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to make meals. The view of the sunrise over the ocean in the morning is gorgeous, and the walk into town for dinner or groceries is an easy one. Communication with the management team is quick and helpful.」

「This was a great location and we enjoyed being close enough to the hotel zone but not directly in it, and we appreciated the fact that we could use a car while there!」

"とても綺麗なホテルで清掃が行き届いていました。スタッフもフレンドリーな方が多く、楽しいバケーションを過ごしました。しかし、入口ゲートからロビーまで歩いて25分かかり、移動が大変でした…。また、専用アプリからレストランが全く予約できない、金額や時間等間違った情報が表示されている、ルームサービスを頼むと毎回電話で確認が入ったが注文と違う商品が届くなど、ホテル側がデジタル化に対応できていないことによってスムーズな対応とはいえない部分が多々見受けられました。"

"2週間のバカンスの前半に利用しました。あえてホテルゾーンにしましたが、夜もエアコンの室外機、道路の音がとてもうるさかったです。ホテルスタッフはそれなりに親切でした。オールアダルト、静かに過したい人は、ホテルゾーンならもう一ランク1ランク上げるか、ゾーンを外した方が快適だと思います。"
