「In the morning when I check out, that was too early so I couldn’t have breakfast. They made me sandwiches!! Thank you so much.」

「シャワー施設しかなかったのはしょうがないが、シャワーのブラインドもなく、水浸しになりそうで大変だった。 また、駐車場に行きにくいのでホテルから直接エレベーターで行けると便利。 良い点としては、朝食がメニュー豊富で美味しかったこと、施設が最新で新しく清潔なところ、部屋も繁華街の近くだが静かなところ。」

「Staff were very welcoming and chatty. They were also helpful when we needed things. The Rooms were fine but looked a bit tired. The cover had fallen off the bathroom extractor fan and the heated towel rail was held together with electrical tape for example. However the TV had a full range of "freeview" programmes. The adjoining Hungry Horse was useful but very busy as we hit it at 7.00pm on a Friday evening. Breakfasts were Okay. Food was good but orange juice ran out, the coffee was just...
