「シャンクリンのオールドビレッジから徒歩数分。ホテルに車を置いてオールドビレッジを観光できる立地は素晴らしい。ホテルからは海が一望でき、晴れた日は心が洗われるような景色を楽しむことができる。 レセプションの応対はあたたかく親切で満足できる水準。一方でレストランは平均並みの味・サービスレベルでとりたてて良いとは言えない。ディナーはホテルではなくパブや町のレストランで食べるのも選択肢になるだろう。エンターテインメントは子供向けの遊び場やプレイステーションが充実しており、小さいお子様連れには便利。プールもアウトドア、インドア両方完備されている（ただし設備は少し古い）。 」

「A dog loving hotel. We booked a sea view room which was fantastic, we stayed an extra night. The double bed was unfortunately two singles pushed together and the used dirty towels not refreshed the second day, just picked up and rehung. All the other facilities were great, dinner and take out are serviced from the hotel next door. I would recommend a visit to the retro gaming room in the other hotel next to the pool. The outdoor pools are not available until May. The path to the beach no longer...

「I booked this with pay at property option. Hotel took money straight away and refused to pay back. 2 days before my stay I receive a voicemail to say under new management and not honouring existing bookings. Disgraceful !!!」
