「Lovely old fashioned traditional hotel where guests are always right ! I was very impressed when I booked an evening meal . I had warned them I have numerous food intolerances . I hoped they would have something I could eat so was blown away when I was given a menu especially made for ME !! Ventnor is quiet and quaint . Only thing I struggled with was the room was very very warm so sleeping was tricky and it was very small for two .」

「A relaxing feel runs through the hotel and out into the gardens. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. Herons love it too! The staff were smiley and attentive, Our room was clean and the towels soft and fluffy. We made use of the spa facilities every day. The pool temperature was great for us.」

「The hotel is in a good location in Ventnor with easy access to the local amenities. The gardens are stunning and there was a good selection of food available at breakfast. Our only complaint was the shower as it was very low pressure. The hotel were very accommodating with our last minute booking and were able to store our bicycles for us overnight.」

「Wonderful stay, we’re already looking forward to returning. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept so well. The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The thoughtful arrival touches, including tea, milk and biscuits, were especially appreciated after a long drive and ferry crossing.
