「Brilliant stay here.. beautiful country location but close to the town. The ladies who greeted us and looked after us were friendly, accommodating and just genuinely great people. Wish we could have stayed longer! Hope we will be back」

「Very quaint and clean with a perfect pub attached. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. A bit out of town but still a great location near a park and the river to walk. Train station in Glen Abbey is walkable. It was a bit chilly when we arrived but the room warmed up nicely」

「The location was perfect for us as we were going to the theatre. (2 minute walk). Walking to town didn’t take much longer and we enjoyed looking around. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and offered advice about where to visit. It was nice to be greeted with a smile and the same for when we went down for breakfast. We enjoyed breakfast very much, which was beautifully cooked and presented. To have parking at such a central location was great. We did have to play around getting out...

「Bit of an issue getting into the property as we arrived quite late but thought the pub would still be open. Sorted out quickly without a problem though. Room was really good, comfortable, clean with all we needed for a good night's sleep. Owner seems to have considered what was required really well. Breakfast was excellent & catered for all tastes. Staff friendly & helpful. Would stay again.」
