My room was clean and comfortable and the owners made sure I got in OK and allowed me to leave my bag in the building for a couple of hours after I vacated the room. "We had a great time at Knoll House - a truly old British affair - vintage and well loved, quirky, fun, v friendly and efficient staff, good dinner, excellent breakfast. Perfect for a family break with plenty of facilities and brilliantly located. We took our small dog who was welcomed by staff. By the very nature of being dog and family friendly this is a cosy place, gentile but not fancy - ideal for active guests with plenty of space for grandparent to join too! "
"Lovely hotel. Would hoghly recommend. We stayed in the deluxe suite, it was extremely comfortable, very clean and had ecwrything we needed for our 2 nights stay. Coffee and tea, bottled water, iron and air conditioning. Plenty of towels for the 3 of us and complementary slippers and robes. The staff were cery polite and friendly and the food was exceptional "

"We stayed at the Riviera for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel room was immaculate - super clean and well-maintained.
Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful, with a great selection of cooked items and pastries that the kids and I really enjoyed. We also appreciated the leisure facilities - swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym. It was never busy at the pool so the kids and I spent a great deal of time there in the evenings.
The staff were a highlight of our stay. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant/bar staff and housekeeping, was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel’s location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and only a 10 minute drive to Poole.
We loved our time at the Riviera and are already looking forward to staying here again next time we’re in Bournemouth."
