Bed was very comfortable and the bedding was top quality. Fridge in room was extremely useful as this year has been a heatwave. "The bungalow is situated overlooking the sea at Southbourne and has some amazing views. Overall the property was clean and the beds were comfortable so did us fine for the couple of nights we stayed. However the kitchen is in desperate need of renovation/maintenance as its very 1970s and starting to fall apart. Similarly the bathroom could also do with some modernisation and the garden would benefit from some work as was looking very overgrown. If this was addressed it would definitely improve the feel of the place as an effort has been made with new carpets throughout the rest of the house."
