"Lovely rooms, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay with a dog as you can still have a very nice room can, dogs can eat in the main area with you, they even have blankets for them. Would definitely stay again."
"The property is on the shabby side of chic. Garden area feels unloved.
Room was clean, though smelt slightly musty.
Breakfast very good.
Better options in the area."
"Just an overnight stay, but the room was amazing with the added bonus of aircon
Lovely well looked after restaurant and rooms. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Great location to beach and city, within walking distance. The rates were affordable for those on a budget but the rooms felt dusty, dirty, in need of a serious clean and a decent mattress. The staff were lovely, accomodating and helpful. "
"Very reasonably priced property considering the location. Perfectly located right by the seafront. Its wear and tare is showing but for a short stay in Bournemouth, you can’t go wrong with Brooklands Lodge!"

"Fantastic service, food and drink. Room was fabulous and well resourced. My only very slight issue was that breakfast did not start until 8am, in saying that the continental breakfast the night before for us was excellent. "
"Hotel was amazing. We were a little disappointed with the original room with partial sea view as brick wall and tall tree prevented seeing the view. The reception staff were very helpful and were able to move us to a room with beautiful view over the bay which was stunning. . All the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definately be returning to the hotel in the future. "
"Fantastic hotel, beautiful interior, standing proud in the centre of Christchurch, with an imposing position overlooking the old priory ruins and castle.
The staff were attentive, there was a small mix up on check in, that was sorted swiftly and promptly. Given the wrong door key by a young member of staff, I would imagine still training.
Early check in was a great bonus to opt for, just a small additional charge.
The priory king rooms were large and airy. The large Georgian windows were fantastic, one small drawback, the traffic noise but as it is on a main road it was to be expected.
The blinds do not all close together, several slates needs to be done manually. This could possibly be addressed as it is a little frustrating having to close them individually! But this was remedied in a few minutes.
The beds and pillows were comfy ensuring a sound nights sleep.
I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
