「Heather was welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and mine had a separate bathroom for sole use. Parking space on the drive. Property located on busy road. Tasty full English Breakfast. Local pub opposite serving food and drinks. Location great for New Forest access. 」

「All staff were extremely friendly and down to earth. Very warm greeting by the owner on arrival introducing herself and giving a brief history of the business. Showed us around and explained how things are done with the bar, breakfast etc. even introducing us to their pet, Lionel the parrot. We were given a choice of 2 rooms to pick from. 「Chewton Glen is a splurge treat. The hotel and service are 5*. If money was no object we’d stay here every week. The spa and treatments are fantastic and the food standards excellent. The only thing I would point out is the service charge. 12.5% goes on everything - spa treatments, bar drinks, all meals, literally any service you pay for. This seems 」

「On arrival the place felt calm and set in a beautiful area, the staff were lovely and very friendly, I cannot fault their service at all. The room was fabulous, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable with great views of the grounds. The shower was amazing and it was the perfect place for my night away for my birthday. Cannot recommend it enough, wonderful place. 」
