「All staff were extremely friendly and down to earth. Very warm greeting by the owner on arrival introducing herself and giving a brief history of the business. Showed us around and explained how things are done with the bar, breakfast etc. even introducing us to their pet, Lionel the parrot. We were given a choice of 2 rooms to pick from. 「The reception staff were incredible, and the gentleman was very accommodating and helpful for my specific requirements. Breakfast was a £14 cost regardless of what you had and due to doing a race that morning I only ate minimal. Aside from this, I feel this was counteracted by the service I received and would recommend the hotel. 「Great 2 night stay, lovely room with a beautiful view. Ideal location for us as visiting family in Southbourne. Lovely food, I had the chicken and ham pie both nights, it was that good. Entertainment over the road at the Beach cafe both afternoons, which was a bonus in the fab weather we had. Definitely return 」

「ボーンマスパビリオンのコンサートを見るのに、1泊しましたが、会場からとても近く、また海岸にも近いのでちょっとした小旅行気分になりました。 部屋は特に普通ですが、一人でダブルベッドをつかえたのでゆっくりできました。 夜は戸締まりされるので、一声かけて行くといいと思いました。 バス停からもすぐ近くなので、駅にも便がよいので、オンシーズンに海を楽しむのにまた利用してもいいなと思いました。」

「Heather was welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and mine had a separate bathroom for sole use. Parking space on the drive. Property located on busy road. Tasty full English Breakfast. Local pub opposite serving food and drinks. Location great for New Forest access. 」
