「Except location, for attractions and activities. Noisy at night on the weekends around town but usually quiets down by 11 pm. Saturday morning chef was not good. The toast was a door stop and barely toasted and the butter was liquid! In the plastic packet. Service was also slow at breakfast but only on the Saturday. All other days were brilliant. Room 4 has a very small sink in toilet/shower room. A sink more appropriate for a cloakroom toilet. Other than those comments loved the Bugle and...

「Everything was good, especially breakfast. One negative point was funiture for hunging the clothes, which is bit old and not good smell. I suggest to change the old type of funiture to new ones. We want to stay again.」

「For those planning to visit the dockyard, you can't get any better. We had a great view of HMS Warrior from our window. The hotel is directly across the street from the rail station and the bus station and about 100 yards from the main entrance to the dockyard. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The room was very modern and well kept.」

「A band was playing until 11.10pm on Friday night which was above the legal 11pm time limit.. (this was the time I was told this would be the time the band would finish. My room was above the band- so it's worth avoiding that room! It was called “Port” Breakfast was ok other than the mouldly brown bread, I didn't check if the kitchen was clean. Didn't get breakfast on the 2nd morning as I arrived downstairs at 9.15 am - doors all locked up. The room was clean and tidy - staff friendly」

「Rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had to leave at 7.30 so could not have breakfast as service started at 8am. Pub part felt soulless and having to sit and drink whilst staff have finished their shift and were chatting to working staff spoilt the quiet atmosphere. To me it felt overpriced for the product we received」

「The room was excellent. My only disappointment was the lack of continental breakfast on offer. Luckily, I mentioned that I wanted a continental breakfast on arrival, and two croissants were provided. Hosts very pleasant.」
