「We had a lovely stay at the High Corner Inn. It is a lovely pub in a beautiful area of the New Forest. The food is great, we had dinner and breakfast in the pub. As it is right in the new forest, our stay was peaceful and there are plenty of walking routes. It was also nice to see the New Forest ponies wondering around the surrounding area of the Inn.」

「Beautiful place to stay and perfect for Durlston Country Park Parkrun! Lovely, comfortable little annex which they upgraded for me on arrival :) Breakfast was lovely with a huge choice and it was so nice to have decent coffee too. The staff were all so happy and friendly-nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be staying again!」

「Charming and character-full hotel with lovely Enid Blyton memorabilia for those of us who have fond memories of growing up with her stories. The location is beautiful, across the road from the ocean and beaches, along with several excellent walks. My room was very comfortable and cosy with nice updates, although part of the charm of the hotel is its age which does show in some of the common areas. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, although a few more healthy options would be appreciated for...

「Ideally situated close to the high street. Lovely restaurants. Lots of things to do in the area. Hotel was quirky but needed some tlc, although rooms were clean and breakfast was amply」

「Logistically superb - lots of walks, beach, at low tide you can go rock pooling etc. Bus stop right outside - which when the weather isn't great is a useful option to get around. There are small bus routes that loop certain areas - and you get a running commentary so worth jumping on. Hotel is fabulous - views are amazing, food is delicious, and good value, room were exceptional (you must like the sound of the sea) and the staff are kind, informative and go above and beyond. 」
