「A really beautiful and very pleasant stay. The location was ideal with everything we could ever need within walking distance. I really appreciated the communication before our arrival, to see if there were anything we needed and to make sure we had everything prior to check-in, we really felt well looked after throughout.

「My husband and I visited for an anniversary celebration. The accommodation was perfect for us and a great location on the harbour. The owner was very helpful with regards to parking and letting us know the room was ready for an early check in. We will definitely be returning in the future. 」

「My friend and I went from Monday -Friday. On arriving the staff were lovely however got to the room and it was dark. My friend and I said if they had arranged the bedroom differently it wouldn’t have felt so dark. The heater in the bathroom was so dangerous. Also the whole hotel needed some TLC.
But the staff made up for the rest of it every member of staff was lovely. 」
「This was our second visit. We were initially given a room in a bad location on the second floor. We had to walk a lot and go through hot corridors. When we refused the room, we were then given a nice one on the ground floor. It was in good condition, and we really appreciated it.」
「We’ve stayed here numerous times, it’s our go to place to stay in Bournemouth. Value for money. The rooms are basic but clean and with free parking. It’s a leisurely 20 minute stroll to the main shopping centre/beach/gardens.
