「Lovely old world charm pub with attentive staff and excellent food especially freshly prepared to order breakfast! Rooms are clean and functional - ideally located and easy access to Studland and Swanage! 」

「From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent. The lovely dinners made the stay special. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was that the WiFi in our room was not good and kept dropping off.」

「Stayed a couple.of nights in a family room - this had two separate spacious bedrooms, each with their own tea/coffee and TV facilities which was well stocked. Although there wasn't a sea view from our room, the view over swanage and surrounding hills was still lovely and provided some stunning sunsets. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also well catered, and the beach was a short walk away albeit via a couple of steep routes down the cliff....

「Breakfast excellent but no cooked food. Room clean but no walk-in shower which I need as I’m 88. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff very helpful.」

「Beautiful sea view room. The only downside to this hotel was that it has low water pressure in the shower and no drinking water in the room and had to go to the bar if you wanted any.」

「Lovely hotel, great breakfast」

「Breakfast was excellent, dinner however is a different kettle of fish. To charge £4.00 for 5 onion rings was actually a rip off. Over the two dinners we had in the hotel service was inadequate. Bringing out two dishes separately because one meal wasn’t ready. I’m expecting decent service and pulling the staff off the reception desk to run the and wait table is unprofessional and rediculous.」

「No complaints whatsoever, all "ship shape"! Car park is across the road, with no security camera presently but a super safe area! 10/10 ( Hattie was exceptional ) 」

「Hotel is in great location but the car park is a public car park. So in busy times you could end up with no space although it’s a large car park. And it’s rough, loose stones and not flat. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We had a lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, not huge and the en suite is quite snug, but lovely and clean and modern. Nice to have cooked to order breakfast, overall a good place to stay.」
