「Lovely clean and tidy hotel. The rooms look refurbished and were spotless. We had the family room which was bigger than we were expecting. Two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The staff were pleasant. Parking plentiful. Breakfast (eggs, hash browns, beans, sausages, bacon etc.) was included. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Perfect for our stay.」

「We arrived a bit late and were welcomed by a friendly and warm member of the staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast a bit poor with not hot or meat or eggs options, but would stay again if we’re to come back. 」

「A charming , if not slightly tired, hotel. In a beautiful spot, perfect as a base to further explore the area. From the moment I checked in, until the moment I checked out, all of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful , courteous and professional. The bed was very comfortable and the linen fresh and clean. Powerful hot shower. Plenty of tea & coffee. The breakfast buffet was excellent. A very enjoyable stay. I would love to see the proper receive the TLC it deserves.」

「Hotel was as described. Spacious, clean and staff were helpful. Ample car parking. Location was very good for Poole with a lot of the town within 15 minutes walk including the harbour.」

「This really wasn’t a pleasant stay. I arrived and we showed to my room which was freezing cold as the radiator wasn’t turned on. I tried to book a table for 8:30 pm but was told the kitchen closed at 8 pm. Even when I arrive home from dinner the room was still freezing and the duvet cover was very thin. The window banged all night heating didn’t come on early in the morning. I was cold all night.The breakfast the following day was awful.」

「Hotel is in great location but the car park is a public car park. So in busy times you could end up with no space although it’s a large car park. And it’s rough, loose stones and not flat. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We had a lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, not huge and the en suite is quite snug, but lovely and clean and modern. Nice to have cooked to order breakfast, overall a good place to stay.」
