"We had a lovely stay at Compass Cottage and we were blessed with lovely weather too. Good accomodation for 5 friends, nice and sociable and plenty of seating/space in the lounge. Everything you need and a lovely sea view. One minor point - a little bit of overkill on all the notices left round the house - would be better kept all in one folder. There were so many it put me off reading them!"

"Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...

"Perfect property for our trip with teens, grandparents, extended family and our 2 well behaved dogs. Wonderful space, facilities and views. Host very attentive and excellent communication. We needed somewhere we could access with a wheelchair abd this property was well designed for easy access, a lift and multiple wet rooms. Enjoyed large family dining and quality time in the open planned living space. Highly recommend !"

"We booked this property as a family to attend a wedding. The property looks lovely from the outside but is dated inside. There were cables coming out of the wall in the lounge, the beds were uncomfortable and didn’t fit the frames and we had no instructions on how to use everything. That is just the start of what is wrong with this house."
