「Have stayed at here a few times. Good location and if you want to use public transport, there's a bus stop right outside. You don't need to venture very far for a good meal (downstairs!) and breakfast served is made to order. This is our go to place to stay for convenience for access to beach, buses to Swanage and nice walks!」

「Do not book this modern apartment, we booked a three night stay and went home on the 2nd day as the apartment was filthy. We didn’t get there till late, my husband got in the shower and as the water hit the tiles dirt and debris fell onto the tray as the drain was blocked he ended up in dirty water. 「The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is stylishly furnished and extremely centrally located. The secure parking, in such a central location as a real plus. It is literally moments on foot from the quay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.」

However, bearing in mind the price for overnight stays we found the room and room facilities were far below average for this class/cost of hotel. The room had a harbour view which was excellent but this said the actual room and facilities felt very 'tired', in need of an update and lacking certain facilities that other hotels in this price range would normally have. 「Excellent all round. Central with easy walking to quay, restaurants of many types, shops, museum, railway station and much more. Excellent communal areas including lift. Very secure parking. Only problem no corkscrew but luckily we had bought wine with a cap!」
