「Deluxe room was spotless, however, the shower mixer failed to cool the water to a comfortable temperature.
Also, we were unable to switch off the air conditioner fan overnight and understand that we should have been instructed on its operation.
Both these issues were reported to management.
Staff were very courteous and service was excellent.
Overall a very pleasant stay at an excellent hotel.」
