「We had a wonderful stay. We booked a sea view room, the view was superb. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The service we received from Steve (the hotel manager/owner) was fantastic. He made sure we were well catered for at breakfast as vegans. This was the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend. 」

「While the host was very friendly, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the shower, and felt that the floors could have been cleaner, over all it could have been cleaner, although the bedding and towels were nice fresh and clean. Breakfast was a disaster, mouldy bread, mouldy fruit in the fridge, things way past their use by/ best before dates 」

「First thing is this is an old building. This gives the impression of character and the Jubilee hotel had plenty. The staff were friendly and within a few minutes I was settled in my upgraded room with a sea view. The room was comfortable with the tea and coffee usual suspects and a very good shower. This hotel is very well situated being a five to ten minutes walk from the shops and one minute walk from the beach. I will definitely recommend for a short stay.」

「First impression was very good, however on closer inspection some areas could have been a bit cleaner. The apartment was in an ideal situation but the stairs became a little problematic and the parking was quite difficult to find.」

The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn. When we arrived it took the counter staff ages to check us in as apparently there was something confusing about the booking in the system. She was very nice though. So...
