「We chose the hottest days of the year to stay so the room was boiling, fortunately we took a fan with us but the owner also gave us another too. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs good shower but the toilet flush was slow, plenty of tea/coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner. Easy breakfast idea in dining room lots of choice (but no cooked) we knew b4 so never worried us. I thought it was good value for the money more than happy. Big bonus there was parking and 10 min walk...

「The guest house was well-located and very clean. We had Room 5 which was on the second floor with a sea view - the only downside was that it was quite noisy until late at night with traffic/music. We'd probably opt for a rear-facing room next time, which over-looked the harbour. The room had everything we needed, although a fan would have been useful as it was very hot when we stayed. Breakfast was good quality and tasty, but the only option seemed to be a cooked breakfast - no cereals, fruit...

Black bits on the bed . milk splashes on the wall socket and on the little drew the tea was in . VERY hot in the room and hotel . Lovely coffee from the coffee shop . Bath room lovely and clean nice soap and shower gel . Plenty of towels . Lovely helpful staff . Breakfast was ok . Lift dirty . no beach view we had a brick wall for a view . Hotel setting was beautiful...
