「Absolutely wonderful views from the harbour view rooms. These rooms are extremely spacious. They are comfortable but could probably use a little bit of an update. All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was better than expected.」

「very well presented and the staff were very pleasant. we thought the car park was over priced as we only stayed one night. Premeir Inn only charge £3.00.」

「Pros: The hotel is right in the main area walking distance to the beach. Car park aswell. I had a huge dog friendly room. Neg: I stayed on a Saturday night and it was very expensive, I don’t think the hotel is worth this amount. The hotel receptionist was not very friendly. The shower did not get very hot. It was just a lot of money for a pub hotel.」

「good!」

「As always, Knoll House Hotel was amazing. It made be a little tired around the edges in some places but was spotlessly clean with welcoming staff and great atmosphere. Unbeatable location, great breakfasts and comfy beds.」

「Had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The location was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.」

「Price Paid via Expedia excluded breakfast. This was NOT made clear on Expedia website The price paid was identical to the normal room price INCLUDING breakfast charged by the hotel. We, therefore, were charged £29.90 for a service we were denied because of Expedia. Room lacked a fridge.」

「Not value for money」

「So lovely here the hotel is great all staff are so lovely will defo return next time i will ask for a bath in the bathroom as i did struggle with shower as i have disabilities but it was 2 late for me to get a room like that but thats my fault not theirs. The restaurant in there is on point had a lush steak n garlic mushrooms also crumble for pudding also was lovely and the breakfast was also fab the staff work hard in there and got to say prices at the bar are the best ever and we played bingo...

I chose this hotel because it was listed as including parking, but in reality I had to park in a paid parking lot. Please change the description. Only 7 cars have priority parking. Otherwise, please park in a nearby paid parking lot. Otherwise, please park in a nearby paid parking lot.
