「The hotel to me had a great feeling and the staff were professional and friendly. Parking was excellent. And location toward Westbourne was much better in my opinion as easy access to shops and lovely walk down The Avenue to front etc. lovely period side of the area. The hotel is a little dated and reflects a similar interior to other more traditional seaside hotels. Yes it needs some fresh sealant on baths and perhaps the squeaky floor boards need some work but the overall feel outweighed those...

「Lovely quiet room overlooking the river at the back of the hotel. Hanging and storage space was limited, but not a problem as we were only staying in the hotel 2 nights, We ate dinner in the hotel each night, but sadly that was a big let down. Beef Bourguignon and lemon meringue pie were far from what we expected, such a shame. Breakfast was adequate, but not extensive.
