The room was clean, comfortable and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. If, at any time in the future I am visiting Fordingbridge, I would definitely stay at 'Thorps Farm B&B'.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, room was spacious as was the bathroom.Breakfast was fabulous, so much choice. Nothing was too much trouble for our lovely host Janet, she really looked after us. We would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this farm and hope to return one day.

Really enjoyed staying at Thorpe Farm, Sandle Heath, quiet country surroundings with just the cows and woodpeckers sounds to wake up to. Farm B&B

Charming working farm with room overlooking countryside. Well furbished clean ensuite room. Tea coffee and biscuits also provided in the room. Breakfast was superb good choice locally sourced in gredients. Janet our host was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved the place, the people, the breakfast room as a convenient sitting room, and the beautiful, bounteous beakfast. It was a bit difficult to find, but we did not realize we were supposed to call for directions!

It was a peaceful, relaxing stay and Janet was very hospitable. Maybe a larger sign at the bottom of the drive would be helpful as the name of the farm is easy to miss.

Frustrating and disappointing

Not as good as expected. No water running on my arrival. Overall nice good size room. Very old bath with no shower. Not able to flush toilet, brush teeth or have a bath until following morning. Left early in the morning.

The rooms are set within the working family farm and made for a wonderful stay. I could have watched the goats and cows all day long. The room and bathroom were immaculate, our host was most friendly and the breakfast homemade with local produce. We had a brilliant time. Both the homemade yogurt pots with homegrown berries and fry up were delightful. Thank you so much for making our stay fantastic.

Great b&b

This a small working farm with I believe 3 rooms at for the bed and breakfast. The building was build in 1740. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we even had a private bath. The owner was absolutely amazing, she was friendly accommodating gave us many suggestions to place to se in the area. My wife said she would come back to England just to stay here. We loved this place
