Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean but the rooms and bathrooms were very much in need of updating. Breakfast was fine as long as you just want a cooked breakfast otherwise, youโ€™d be very disappointed as the alternative options were extremely limited.

We have stayed here 3 times and every time it has got better we always have the family room as myself , my daughter and 2 grandsons stay here absolutely beautiful hotel staff are very friendly and nice would highly recommend staying here this is the only hotel we stay at when we visit Portsmouth x
