「The website for the hotel says take in the views from the terrace, what views? We could see nothing but a brick wall and a car park. The room was quite dark with a small window. Bathroom needed updating with no slip mat in the shower, which made it very slippery. No toilet brush so the toilet wasn’t kept clean. 「The location of the hotel was perfect with views of the harbour and the lymington sea water baths are in walking distance . The hotel has free parking ,staff are friendly and helpfull. Our room was very clean and of a high standard . There was a good selection for breakfast to suit all tastes. We had a very enjoyable stay at the Mayflower hotel.」

「チチェスターの中心部にあって、立地条件的に便利ですが、スタッフのサービスが悪いのには驚かされました。同じ部屋に2泊したのですが、部屋の天井の電灯が点かないので替えて欲しい、ヘアドライヤーが備え付けられていないので貸して欲しい、などの注文を朝出かける前にしたときには、「わかりました。」という返事でしたが、夕方に帰ったら「申し訳ございませんが、目下、天井の電球を切らしておりまして、まだ取り替えられておりません。明日には必ず取り替えます。」とのこと。それに、部屋に入ったら、ヘアドライヤーもなく、ベッドも整えられておらず、前日使用したコーヒーカップも洗浄されておらず、タオルもそのまま、インスタントコーヒーやティーバッグ、お菓子などの補充もされていませんでした。朝食だけは満足できました。」

「Very good stay at The Crown at Emsworth. Check-in was really smooth and super friendly. Also, they were really accommodating with our dog, which was great! Room and bed were a little on the small size (we were in Room 7) but can’t fault the cleanliness, and how modern it was. Great stay - thank you!」
