"The hotel is amazing and this is always my first choice when I visit Gunwharf, however it would be helpful for there to be plug sockets next to the bed I have an iPhone and the usb socket next the bed is only suitable for an Android phone, and with also no plug sockets next to the bed it means that you have to charge your phone the other side of the room instead of next to the bed."

"Was lucky enough to get the penthouse on the top floor and slept really well, ( might have been the low oxygen levels at that altitude) fantastic shower and cheerful staff. "Very nice, clean room with very helpful staff. Choice of pillows and a very comfortable, clean bed. The room was very warm, no Aircon but a fan was provided. The reception and breakfast room are in a different building, on a different road which was fine as the weather was dry. Buffet breakfast was great with good choice. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner which was also excellent. Staff were all extremely good. Would stay here again."
