「Small but perfectly formed room. Comfy if squeaky bed. Good brekkers. No tea making facilities in room but the dining room is available 24h if you need a cuppa. Next door to black boy pub - quirky and well worth an hour or two whilst sinking some beers.」

「We stayed here for one night after a day in Winchester. A nice enough hotel, with staff pleasant enough. The room we stayed in was small but well kept. The main issue we had was that the room was that next to a staff run through, meaning doors were slammed constantly. Further, there was no air conditioning, and the room we were in at the bottom floor was next to a busy beer table and had lots and lots of mosquitoes, meaning we were bitten to heck! 「On arrival I was greeted by the owner who kindly took my suitcase to my room on the upper floor. My room was very clean and tidy with everything I needed. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room with ample supplies. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was lovely and hot.
